You CAN author VCDs on a DVD. They ARE in the DVD specs. 352x240 is a DVD spec. You can just split the audio and video and use your DVD authoring software to mux. The only thing you will have to do is ... |

Personally, I prefer downloading from the newsgroups, because I almost always get my max speed. (85k Verizon, pity me. ) With BT, I can get my max, but either it stays between 15-30k or it very slo ... |

I agree with neural, converting it to film with pulldown is a good idea. It's less frames for equal amount of bitrate. I also agree about using avs script and using filters through it, though, normall ... |
