Thank-you. Truly, at times it is an honor, depending on who is doing the plonking and for what reason.... Wink

Your first problem will be with the fansub groups. They don't get along. How many versions of Full Metal Panic, Kanon, or Organagi (sp?) Teacher are out there? like 3 a piece maybe 4. Until someone finds away to stop the competition for series (how many different ways can you translate an episode?!?!) there are going to be 1 gig of traffic, approximately, for each episode. And that's just the posting of it.

There is a reason we all post our different encodes, some are better than others and a lot of people prefer an episode of something from one group over another.

On the other hand, besides #dream-anime, who I am dealing with now through the fansub group themselves, most of the rest of us distro's follow the rules religiously.

I agree that all the distro's, ops, and regulars should work together and put a stop to the flooding. I will work with the rest of you and do my best to help curve the flooding, including reporting people to their ISP's.
