"Fill Threads Database" number. I looked into it and it seems that it's a system that part of the dutch usenet community uses. All posts made are stored in a database and given a number, which is the FTD number. With an FTD client and an FTD#, you can find various information about the post... This is stuff like repost policy, amount of files, even the ability to give "kudos points" to the poster (tracked in the client), or leave a note at a board generated for each post.
