Let's see...
I think an extreme psychotic responce would be in order in a case like this. Something of a cross between a fit of apoplectic rage and total despair.
It's not April 1st... However I think the despair part is already kicking in as I find I haven't the energy or desire to find out if something so horrible could be true. |

OH GOD NO!
or:
Aaah! Get it offa me!!
I would be required to watch any new CB material no matter how much it sucked, so let's hope that if there ever is a live-action CB movie, it doesn't suck. |

I saw that picture a long time ago.
It's a joke. Pretty good one too. Nice photoshopping.
And yes, I think it would suck donkey balls. Especially with a cast like that. |

The worst for me would be Cameron Diaz. I don't like her and she so doesn't look like Faye.
Not that Stephen Dorff is a dead ringer for Spike. Argh!
So, just to pick brains - who would *YOU* cast in the 3 roles (hell, throw in Ed too). I bet that question has been hashed and rehashed on myriad web bb's around the globe, but I don't read those :p.

Hard! I can't think of anyone that would do the roles justice.
Maybe, *maybe* Jet could be played by the guy that does Wolverine in the X-movies; similar appearance and attitude in that role.
I almost want to cast a younger Clint Eastwood as Spike. Or maybe Matt Frewer.
I think Faye could be comfortably played by whoever does a credible job as Aeon Flux in the live movie. Failing that, I could live with Cindy Crawford.
I can't think of any known actress that could play Ed without it being a "Hey, look, it's me!" shoehorn fit. I'd have to cast an unknown child actress for Ed. Preferably someone who understands the character and would be likely to cosplay as Ed anyway.
Ein would have to be either a really well-trained dog or a really well-animated CG. It's almost possible to make a realistic-looking dog model now, complete with hair and drool, but getting it to move convincingly like a real Welsh Corgi will be a major task. |
