Not necessarily that anyone would particularly notice except Agent users with the default settings (...heh, but I tend to think that's a lot of folks...), as comments in the Agent ng indicate that 1.92 will show early next week, I've stopped *nudging* Xnews binary posters with the stock boiler-plate (here abreviated):
Quote:
Just mentioning with regard to seeing your post in Agent. If it has RequireFilenameWithTag=0, posts done with both Xnews/yEnc versions L5 & later versions will autojoin. If RequireFilenameWithTag=1 (the default), the L5/yEnc posts will still autojoin, but the 5.03.24 and 5.04.25 posts will not......Hence a fair number of people here are seeing your posts as hundreds of unjoined messages, requiring error prone manual-joins.....As it happens, at least as regards to Agent, this may all be moot very soon. Quoting from Forte's comments about version 1.92, which should be out in mid-July: "As part of our continuing effort to eliminate the need to manually join multi-part binaries, we've addressed all the major issues related to multi-part binaries and the myriad of posting programs. In 1.92, Agent is much more flexible and forgiving in the way it processes multi-part headers."....

Just thought I should mention somewhere that I wasn't *policing* this anymore -- heh, and maybe making the false assumption that anyone even noticed I was doing this in the first place Confused ...
