What was the impetus for the animated gif?

Ok, Actually, ive Been thinking of Becoming a Private Anime Investigator (PAI) and the Job Would be that ppl would post questions about anime they cant find anywhere, so they can "Hire" a PAI and get results.

But, im Such a genius, i cant even find out what anime is this, i found it at a Polish Site, Yet i cant remember it, Its probably just Fanart or sumthing, or even Hentai, anyway i would like to Hire a PAI for the Job, Who will take it?

302 view(s) On the image of the blue haired cat girl there is a cross with wings in the right hand top corner. from what i can read it says "FOR" something "ONLY"...if you can read the word inbetween then you've found the anime...when you can read it let me know please!! Good luck figuring it out

i don't think it's from an anime

there is a game called melty blood
and it looks like len

also there's a version of len called

white len. it's JPN release only but a few arcades in america have it, play-asia also carries it and JP ps2's
