inc mentioned it, I started to reply but caught a couple other things that I figured would be better off in a more proper topic area...

I'm not really a fan for splashes.. or even the D-A thing they put up in the corner of their other rips (ie: Those Who Hunt Elves).. but what really bugged me, and there's always the chance I am wrong. .but I dont think so?, was that.. ep001 was encoded with an incorrect ratio? Looked ok to me in vdub as I watched in fixed.. but the original just looked... off..

also, how's UY stack up with people? been thinking about buying the DVDs from AnimEigo for some time.. hard debate as I've got several DVD series running on my buy list now...
