Ok, one of you gurus enlighten me on why YUA is...

Ok, I finally started watching that first season of You're Under Arrest posted by [L-A]. I was really enjoying the series through the 4th ep when all a sudden... the whole damn thing just bombed out. To point out specifics, the whole artwork changed, and the story and voice acting went noticeably flat. Main thing is artwork change, I swear I hate that worst than sin. I love the artwork done by .. um I dunno who they are but, you know, the ones done for the Ah Megami Sama OAVs and movie, and also the You're Under Arrest Movie.

Ok, that about sums up my rant. I get why series sometimes go cheap, as in $$ almost is always the culprit, but why here? Why, damnit jim why?

Oh, ok, um were the first 4 suppose to be OAV and the rest added on? That's all I can think of as to why the quality was so high on the first couple... Ranma and Tenchi come fast to mind in that respect.
